This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of HR Drinks (Wholesale) Limited. It sets out our approach to preventing modern slavery and the steps we expect our supply chain and stakeholders to take to align with our values.

4. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

HR Drinks (Wholesale) Limited undertakes regular assessments to identify and address the risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. Key steps include:

  • Supply Chain Audits:      Evaluating suppliers to ensure they adhere to ethical labour practices.
  • Contractual Obligations:      Requiring suppliers to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act      2015.
  • Worker Feedback: Providing mechanisms      for workers to report concerns anonymously.
  • Risk Identification:      Monitoring high-risk regions or industries associated with modern slavery.


5. Training and Awareness

We are committed to ensuring that our employees and suppliers understand the risks of modern slavery and their responsibilities. Actions include:

  • Conducting training sessions on modern slavery for employees,      particularly those in procurement and supplier management roles.
  • Providing guidance and materials to suppliers to raise awareness of      ethical labour practices.


6. Reporting Concerns

We maintain an open-door policy and encourage employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to report any suspected instances of modern slavery. Concerns can be raised via:

  • Anonymous Reporting:      Through an external platform or secure feedback mechanism.

All reports will be treated seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially.


7. Performance Indicators

To measure the effectiveness of our anti-modern slavery practices, HR Drinks (Wholesale) Limited will monitor the following:

  • Number of supplier audits conducted annually.
  • Percentage of suppliers signing compliance declarations.
  • Number of reported concerns and resolutions.


8. Governance and Review

This policy is reviewed annually by our senior management team to ensure it remains effective and up to date with legal requirements and best practices. Any updates will be communicated to all stakeholders.


9. Responsibility

The Managing Director is responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy. However, all employees and suppliers have a role to play in ensuring its success.
